The Current Account - Stop Order Status screen allows you to enquire about any stop order that has been linked to the Current accounts loaded to your profile. You can also release a stop order instruction and add a new stop order.

To view stop orders for an account:

  1. Select the required Account Number from the drop down list, the Account Selection screen is displayed.
  2. A list of all the stop orders linked to the selected account is displayed.
  3. Details per stop order include:

To view further information on a stop order:

  1. Select the required stop order by clicking on the relevant row.
  2. Click on the required action button.

The following actions can be performed:


The Search button allows you to search for an item according to the selected criterion.


The Print button allows you to print selected items within your profile.


The Release button allows you to release stop orders.


The Add button moves you to the Current Account - Stop Order Add screen, in order to add stop orders to the selected account.


The Enquiry button moves you to the Current Account - Stop Order Enquiry screen.


The Cancel button allows you to cancel a stop order that has been created. A confirmation pop-up will appear to confirm the cancellation.
