The Current Account - Statements screen provides statement information for single or
multiple Current Accounts. Up to 65 business days history information is available.
This screen displays the following information:
- The date from which statements are available.
- All the current accounts loaded to your profile.
- Details per account include:
To select a statement type:
- Click on one of the following radio buttons:
- Previous statement - This statement is an electronic copy of the last
created statement.
- Specific statement Date (Enter the date field for the required day) -
This statement will display the date reflected on the statement along with other days
entries.
If a specific date is required, this can be found in transaction details, select 'all' and
then type in the date from and to, and this will display only that dates entries, e.g.
from 19990625 to 19990625.
- Specific statement (Enter the Statement no. for the required
statement) - This statement will display all entries for that statement number.
- Provisional - This statement displays entries that have not been
copied to a paper statement (this is a statement the Bank generates at the end of the
month). Provisional statements only cater for 150 entries. If the statement
does not go back far enough, the entries can be found by selecting Previous statement, then select the account number and click on
, the statement will be
displayed. Click on the
button under statements at the bottom of the screen, to
display further entries.
To view further information on account(s):
- Either
Click on the row in which the required account is displayed to select that account.
Or
Hold down the <Ctrl> key and click on the rows in which the required accounts are
displayed to select multiple accounts.
Or
Hold down the <Shift> key and click on the first and last rows in which the required
accounts are displayed to select a sequence of accounts.
Or
Click in the
check
box that is positioned bottom left of the grid area. A tick will then be displayed in the
check box, i.e.

and all the accounts will be selected.
- Click on the required action button.
The following actions can be performed:
The Search button allows you to search for an item according to the selected criterion.
The Export button allows you to move your selection to another supported software package
for data manipulation, e.g., Excel. Click here for information on the Export procedure.
The Print button allows you to print selected items within your profile.
The Display button moves you to the Current Account - Statement Details screen, in order to view the
details of the selected statement.
