The Change Personal Details screen allows you to update your own personal details. This information is used by Standard Bank for the following purposes:
The screen displays the following information:
1.1 | Operator ID – this is your personal operator identification number that you used to logon to the application. Each person accessing Business Online must have their own operator id. This field is displayed for information purposes and cannot be changed.

1.2 | 1.2. Operator Name –the name that Standard Bank has on record for the above Operator ID. This should be your name. If this name is incorrect please request your designated person to contact the bank to have the situation corrected.

1.3 | Identity Number / Passport Number – Standard Bank requires proof of identity when delivering tokens. Please complete this field with either a South African identity number or a passport number if you are not an RSA resident or do not have an identity document. You will be required to produce the relevant document when accepting delivery of a token. |
2.1 | Cell Number – this number will be used if you require a back-up one time password to be sent to you..
If you do not complete this field then the bank will be unable to assist you with an interim solution if your token requires replacing.

2.1.1 | 2.1.1. Country dialling code – this field defaults to ‘South Africa’. Please amend this field to the applicable country if you reside outside South Africa.
