The CDI Details - Maintain a CDI screen allows you to make changes to a pre-selected CDI.
N.B. Only the CDI, and / or Item Limit can be amended. If a CDI code requires amendment, the CDI code has to be deleted and recaptured.
The Select All button needs to be selected. A tick will be displayed in the box to show
the selection, e.g., . The Select All button allows you to select all the details displayed. (The
Select All option does not apply to the single CDI selection).
The Search button allows you to search for an item according to the selected criterion.
The Import button allows you to import selected CDI details to your hard drive. Click here for information on the Import procedure.
The Export button allows you to export selected CDI details so that they may be imported
into another supported software package for data manipulation, e.g., Excel. Click here for information on the Export procedure.
The Print button allows you to print selected CDI details.
The Create button allows you to create a new CDI creditor.
The Modify button allows you to make changes to a preloaded CDI creditor. This can only be
actioned if the CDI code has been authorised to change and the status reflects validated
change.
N.B. Only the Item Limit and CDI Number can be changed.
The Delete button allows you to delete a CDI creditor.
The History button provides details of the last three payments made to a selected CDI
creditor.
The Authorise Change button allows you to "unlock" a CDI creditor so that
changes can be made. The Authorise Change button can only be actioned if the status
reflects "Verified".
The Audit Report button allows you to print the audit report so that the CDI details can
be audited.
The Verify button allows you to "lock" a CDI creditor's details. The Verify
button can only be actioned if the CDI status reflects "Audit Change".
The Back button will take you back to the CDI Details - Selection screen.
